Our Award Winning Team is Here to Serve You

Jill Schuster

I have over 40 years’ experience in business and marketing. In addition to the B.A., B.S. and M.A. degrees, I hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE, one of 8 in Oregon), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS—a designation for which less than 3% of Realtors nationwide can qualify) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). I’m also honored to have earned the Five Star Agent award for the tenth year, Corvallis’ only agent so designated in Portland Monthly magazine.

My husband Steve and I moved to Corvallis in 1996. Steve retired as an engineer at HP and is running our “back office” business side, as well as serving in volunteer search and rescue organizations. I participate in many civic and community service activities including the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club and competing in Masters’ Weightlifting for fun. We spend our free time hiking the beautiful Benton County trails, visiting our daughters and family, attending cultural events and cheering on the Beavers.

Josie Quillan Workman

Broker ABR

As a top buyer agent in the Willamette Valley the past 8 years I have assisted with many different facets of the Real Estate Business, including navigating the way for first time home buyers, helping identify your dream land or lot to build on or providing help identifying your luxury home.  Helping people feel confident, happy, and reach their goals is an important part of who I am and one of the many reasons why I am a Real Estate Broker. I earned my Marketing and Management degree from Eastern Oregon University and worked for several years in the ski industry in marketing and sales. Before working in the ski industry, I worked in finance and loved helping clients reach their financial goals. I enjoy working with Jill and The Jill Schuster Team.  The team environment ensures we each are using our strongest attributes and leads to a great working environment ensuring the best service to our clients.  My husband, youngest son, and I live in Corvallis and love all this area has to offer including the outdoor recreation and community togetherness.

Licensed Assistant, Broker

My husband and I have 4 kids.  We recently finished a 3-year trip around the country with my husband’s job. It was a fun experience that took us to different locations for about 3 months at a time.  In every location we spent time in, we considered if that was going to be our new home, but it wasn’t until we reached the Willamette Valley that we felt we were in the perfect place.  This is such a beautiful area to live and work, and we decided to put our roots down here. My family has been involved in real estate on the investing side for 8 years including owning a strip mall, office complexes, as well as short term residential homes.  Some of those projects required renovating, which is a project my whole family loves getting involved in. I am excited to help people find a house that they can call home, to assist them in the journey their lives are taking them and to experience all the potential this beautiful community of ours has to offer.

Office Manager

I had been a stay-at-home mom for many years, before moving to Albany in 2019. During that time, I had provided childcare to many, was the President of the Booster Club for my children’s school for five years, where I helped raise thousands of dollars and planned many fundraising events. I am excited to have started my new chapter being a working wife and mom. I have been with The Jill Schuster Team since August 2020 and have moved back to Douglas County in 2022. I love that I can work remote and still apply my passion for caring and helping others during their real estate needs and being able to support an amazing real estate team. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, travelling, cooking, sewing and crafting, being active outdoors, trying new eats and visiting our local wineries.
