I have over 40 years’ experience in business and marketing and hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute Certified Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Council of Residential Specialists and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

I’m also honored to have earned the Five Star Agent award for 11 years in a row, Corvallis’s only agent so designated in Portland Monthly magazine.

In my free time I participate in many civic and community service activities including the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club. My husband and I enjoy hiking the beautiful Benton County trails, visiting our daughters and family, attending cultural events and cheering on the Beavers.

As a top buyer agent in the Willamette Valley the past 8 years, I have assisted with many different facets of the Real Estate Business, including navigating the way for first time home buyers, helping identify your dream land or lot to build on or providing help identifying your luxury home.

Helping people feel confident, happy, and reach their goals is an important part of who I am and one of the many reasons why I am a Real Estate Broker.

I earned my Marketing and Management degree from Eastern Oregon University and worked for several years in the ski industry in marketing and sales.

I enjoy being on The Jill Schuster Team, the environment ensures we each are using our strongest attributes and ensures the best service to our clients.

My husband and I have 4 kids. We recently finished a 3-year trip around the country with my husband’s job.

It was a fun experience, that took us to different locations for about 3 months at a time. In every location we spent time in, we considered if that was going to be our new home, but it wasn’t until we reached the Willamette Valley that we felt we were in the perfect place.

This is such a beautiful area to live and work, and we decided to put our roots down here. My family has been involved in real estate on the investing side for 8 years. Including, owning a strip mall, office complexes, as well as short term residential homes. Some of those projects required renovating, which is a project my whole family loves getting involved in.

I am excited to help people find a house that they can call home. To assist them in the journey their lives are taking them, and experience all the potential this beautiful community of ours has to offer.

I was born and raised on the Oregon Coast. My family is originally from Jalisco, Mexico making me a first-generation Mexican American. Serving in the United States Air Force Reserve for the past three years has been a transformative journey, opening doors to experiences that have shaped my perspective.

Since joining the military I’ve been fortunate enough to do things I may not have had the opportunity to do otherwise. One of these was being able to attend Oregon State University where I studied business. To attend school, I found Corvallis as my new home and have loved it ever since. I met a lot of great people in my time here and through them, I was introduced to real estate. The more time I spent in the area the more I came to love and appreciate where I live. I realized with my passion for helping people and my love of the area that this is what I want to do most.

I am excited to help people as much as I can. With a great team around me and many skilled and experienced brokers, the sky’s the limit.
